Return Policy and Our Commitment to Quality 

We are honored to have your business and committed to ensuring that our product(s) meet both your expectations and the quality we aspire to produce. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us at contact@iveyleemahjong.com within seven (business) days of delivery so that we can arrange for an exchange of your item or a full refund, whichever you choose. 

Final Sale: 

• The La Jolla Tiles are shrinkwrapped and packaged for careful shipment overseas and we pass them on to our customers in that same condition. 

• Because the opening of the tiles immediately devalues them for another customer and because it is not possible for us to repackage them for resale ourselves, and because of the small nature of our business and our small inventory, we have made the decision that all sales are final. 

• Returns will only be accepted due to product defect or damage during delivery to your home. 

• Our tiles are an investment and we want you to really love your purchase without regrets. We highly encourage you to evaluate your purchase thoroughly before buying. If you live locally to us and would like to inspect and evaluate our products in person, please feel free to contact us to arrange a meet up. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
For items that arrive damaged or have a product defect and have been returned, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
